THE PROCESS
Build Stages
Week One
Finding Your VW
We find the best VW for your build and start the tear down and inspection. We remove engine, Interior and bring the vehicles down to bare bones
Week Two & Three
Paint & Bodywork
We send the body off for repair and paint. The interior is sent for upholstery
Week Four & Five
Engine , Suspension, Brakes & AC
Engine and mechanical assembly. We install a zero-mile rebuilt engine, upgraded 12V electrical systems, and improved braking for modern reliability. along with updated complete suspension.
Custom installed electric AC .
Week Six
Final Fit & Test
The finishing touches. upholstery, weather sealing, Sound, Wheels & Tires and a rigorous 50-mile road test to ensure every component performs flawlessly.. Ready To Ship or Pick Up
